Linda Messas is the Director of MusiQuE, the Foundation for Quality Enhancement and Accreditation in Higher Music Education, and the General Manager /Deputy CEO of the Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen (AEC). Linda has contributed to thedevelopment and formalization of AEC’s quality enhancement and accreditation activities since she joined the association in 2007 and played a key role in the establishment of MusiQuE as a separate foundation in 2014. Under her leadership, MusiQuE gained formal registration at European level in 2016 and has

been reviewing and supporting over 40 institutions and programmes.
